Teresa founded Gulberg Design in 2003 together with Ida Gulbrandsen. She studied design at Akerhus University College. Gulberg Design is a well-established name in furniture design. Gulberg Design’s Hea sofa, designed in 2005, was voted the most exciting product of the year by the readers of the Aftenposten newspaper and its consumer website, forbruker.no. Teresa is specialised in wood design using different techniques and surface treatments. She also has extensive expertise in thin sheet products in steel, glass and porcelain. Her solid experience and well-structured working methods guarantee outstanding results. Teresa is inspired by the design of the ‘50s and ‘60s, and often gets new ideas from films and music. |
