Charlotte Mohn from Grue in Solør is a cook. Since 1996, she worked at a variety of restaurants - everything from the venerable to the most funky restaurant-bars, from Tynset in Østerdalen to London. Charlotte is also an experienced front man in television commercials for matprat.no, she alternates with Arne Brimi in Dagbladet matspalte, has published its own cookbook "with nature on the menu" in 2007 and spring 2009 on TV2 with the "taste of Norway" and "Girls on wheels". But the heart is primarily placed on the family farm Opaker on Kirkenær.
