Miyabi Mizu All-purpose knife 5000 MCT, 18cm. A Santoku Japanese chef's knife with a length of 18 cm. Ideal for cutting and chopping vegetables, herbs and also meat, fish and other products. The knife has a core of MC 63, micro carbide powder eel (63 HRC) covered with 2 layers of ice-hardened Cryodur stainless steel and a hammered surface that prevents food from sticking to the blade. It is recommended to only hand wash the knife and maintain and sharpen on a sharpener. Made in Seki, Japan.
