Purchase
When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred

First Grade Quality
All products are handmade Scandinavian art glass with the manufacturers first grade quality certification seal. To guarantee the quality of the products, ArtGlassVista inspects all products one extra time prior to dispatch to ensure that they are of the highest quality. You can rest assured that all products in our assortment are of the highest quality.

Best Price Guarantee
In order to guarantee that our products are the most competitively priced on the European market we offer a best price guarantee. If you have purchased from us in the last 30 days and have found the same product at a lower price from another online shop, we will refund you the difference. The comparison should be made including the shipping costs to a European delivery address.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT, shipping (see information further down on this page) and, if applicable, duty if any of the countries mentioned on this page is the shipping address. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world market.

All deliveries are handled by DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
We are unable to ship to box addresses.

UPS Terms and Conditions of Carriage

 

Delivery-time
Normal delivery-time is 1-5 working-days within the EU and 2-8 working-days to other parts of the world.

Satisfied customer warranty
You always have 30 days purchase on approval. You can return your item within 30 days and get your money back. The item has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the item the same way as it was when you received it. The customer pays for return shipping. Special ordered products which are personalised for the customer are not applicable with 30 days on approval.

Guarantee claim
If you receive a package with damaged goods please, contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement or compensation.
If howevery you receive a product that are defect please contact our customer service with a description and picture. We will allways be happy to assist you.


Warranty
All products purchased from ArtGlassVista have a warranty. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your item. As a Swedish customer the "konsumentköplagen" applies. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.

Returns
When sending back an item you first have to contact us to confirm the intended return. It is your responsibility that the item arrives in an undamaged condition and in it's original packaging. Make sure that the item is well packed. The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed the same card you used for the purchase will be credited. We can arrange for safe return shipping by UPS by sending a return shipping document together with a telephone number to UPS which, you can use to contact UPS and let them know a suitable time for collection. The cost for this service is the same as the shipping cost to the respective country (Please read above, under "Shipping"). If we receive returning goods without confirming the intended return, the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense. Orders that have been sent out and returned or orders that are not received and returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 395 SEK including VAT for our administration costs.

Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.

VAT free for companies within the EU

Companies that are VAT registered in an EU country other than Sweden and that can show a valid EU VAT number will not be charged the Swedish 25% VAT. The prices on the website are shown with VAT included; the VAT is drawn at checkout after you have logged in or registered. We deliver only to the address where the company is registered. Card payment
ArtGlassVista.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with Klarna, Handelsbanken, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through Klarna gateway to your bank.

Advance payment
If you prefer to not use a credit card you can transfer the money directly to our bank account. You have to pay the complete amount within 5 days or you order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your items as soon as your payment is received.

Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged item or the wrong number of items please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration. Orders that are not delivered due to failure from the recipient. Products that are ordered and not received or are returned to us after several failed delivery attempts or after refused delivery from the recipient will be charged full shipping costs both ways; namely onward and return shipping, plus an extra charge of 395 SEK including VAT for our costs. Special ordered products are which are personalised for the customer are charged the full value of the order and onward shipping and return shipping.

Transportation damages
If you receive a package with damaged goods please, contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement or compensation. We take every precaution to avoid transportation damages but, in the unlikely event that it occurs we will ensure that you are compensated with a replacement item or a refund for the value of the item. Visible damage to the shipping package shall be reported directly to UPS/DHL/FEDEX when receiving the package. For items that are not received by the customer and returned to us the customer will be charged full shipping costs both ways; namely outward and return shipping, plus an extra charge of 395 SEK including VAT for our costs. Special ordered products are charged the full value and onward shipping and return shipping.

Confidentiality when handling personal information
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By registering you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us. ArtGlassVista.com will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
