Purchase
When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred

Products not currently in stock with a delivery time of 2-3 days or more.

We reserve the right to inform that products temporarily unavailable in stock may be out of stock and therefore unable to be delivered at the specified time or delivered at all. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

First Grade Quality
All products are handmade Scandinavian art glass with the manufacturers first grade quality certification seal. To guarantee the quality of the products, ArtGlassVista inspects all products one extra time prior to dispatch to ensure that they are of the highest quality. You can rest assured that all products in our assortment are of the highest quality.

 

Prices & Duties

All prices include VAT, handling and shipping (see further information below). Where applicable, duties are included only for the countries specifically listed on this page as eligible shipping destinations.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in the global market.

All orders are shipped from Sweden. Customers are solely responsible for checking and understanding any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges that may apply in their country before placing an order.

If additional customs duties, taxes or fees are charged by local authorities, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is refused, not collected, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes or other import-related charges, we reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs, including return shipping, customs fees, and administrative expenses, from the refund.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

The customer bears the cost of the return shipment. We can arrange the return shipment in a secure manner at a price of €19 for packages up to 50x50x50 cm. For larger packages, a return shipping fee of €50 per package will be charged.

 

Norway

Shipping Cost €29

Deliveries to Norway are sent as "DDU," which stands for "Delivered Duty Unpaid." This means that the sender is responsible for shipping costs, and the recipient "customer" is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other charges that may arise upon delivery.


United Kingdom

Shipping cost is 820 SEK (approx. 79 EUR)

Please note that the customer payes for any custom duties or fees that might be applied to their order.


Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea
Shipping cost is 800 SEK (approx. 80 EUR)

Return shipping cost for the rest of the world NOT EUROPE!

The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.

We can arrange the return shipment in a secure manner at a price of the same as the shipping cost for your country for packages up to 50x50x50 cm. For larger packages, a return shipping fee of an extra €50 per package will be charged.

 

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a home delivery order, a fee of 500 SEK will be charged, along with any shipping costs incurred in connection with the return. The customer is responsible for covering these costs.

 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incomplete or incorrect address, and the carrier charges us for address correction, redirection, return shipping or other handling fees, we reserve the right to pass these costs on to the customer.

Any additional costs will be deducted from a refund (if applicable) or invoiced separately.

We therefore recommend carefully reviewing all details – name, address, postal code and phone number – before completing your order.

 

Delivery-time
Normal delivery-time is 1-5 working-days within the EU and 2-8 working-days to other parts of the world.

Satisfied customer warranty
You always have 30 days purchase on approval. You can return your item within 30 days and get your money back. The item has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the item the same way as it was when you received it. The customer pays for return shipping. Special ordered products which are personalized for the customer are not applicable with 30 days on approval.

Guarantee claim
If you receive a package with damaged goods please, contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement or compensation.
If however you receive a product that are defect please contact our customer service with a description and picture. We will always be happy to assist you.

Warranty
All products purchased from ArtGlassVista have a warranty. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your item. As a Swedish customer the "konsumentköplagen" applies. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.

Returns
When sending back an item you first have to contact us to confirm the intended return. It is your responsibility that the item arrives in an undamaged condition and in it's original packaging. Make sure that the item is well packed. The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed the same card you used for the purchase will be credited. We can arrange for safe return shipping by FedEx by sending a return shipping document together with a telephone number to FedEx which, you can use to contact FedEx and let them know a suitable time for collection. The cost for this service is the same as the shipping cost to the respective country (Please read above, under "Shipping"). If we receive returning goods without confirming the intended return, the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense. Orders that have been sent out and returned or orders that are not received and returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 595 SEK including VAT for our administration costs.

 

We can arrange a safe return shipping by sending a return shipping document together with a telephone number to the carrier which, you can use to contact and bok a suitable time for collection. The cost for this service is the same as the shipping cost to the respective country (Please read above, under "Shipping"). If we receive returning goods without confirming the intended return, the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Kustom Checkout Solution

Art Glass in Malmö AB uses Kustom Checkout to manage purchases in our online store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are presented.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly. Instead, Kustom provides the interface and technical solution that displays the available payment methods in the checkout.

Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to all available payment methods.

Stripe is regulated in Europe and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an electronic money institution (EMI). Stripe is legally permitted to issue electronic money, execute payment transactions, issue payment instruments, and acquire payment transactions.

Partial Deliveries

We would like to inform our customers that partial deliveries may occur on certain occasions. At ArtGlassVista, we do everything possible to ensure fast and smooth deliveries of your ordered products. However, factors such as stock availability or logistical challenges can sometimes affect the delivery process.

Partial deliveries mean that your ordered products will be delivered in several installments instead of all at once. This can happen for various reasons, including temporary stock shortages, seasonal demand, or other logistical challenges. We want to assure you that each partial delivery will take place as soon as the products become available.

We appreciate your understanding and patience if a partial delivery occurs. Our highest priority is to ensure that you receive your products as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you have any questions or need more information about your order and partial deliveries, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.



Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged item or the wrong number of items, please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration. Orders that are not delivered due to failure from the recipient. Products that are ordered and not received or are returned to us after several failed delivery attempts or after refused delivery from the recipient will be charged full shipping costs both ways; namely onward and return shipping, plus an extra charge of 395 SEK including VAT for our costs. Special ordered products are which are personalized for the customer are charged the full value of the order and onward shipping and return shipping.

Transportation damages
If you receive a package with damaged goods please, contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement or compensation. We take every precaution to avoid transportation damages but, in the unlikely event that it occurs we will ensure that you are compensated with a replacement item or a refund for the value of the item. Visible damage to the shipping package shall be reported directly to the carrier when receiving the package. For items that are not received by the customer and returned to us the customer will be charged full shipping costs both ways; namely outward and return shipping, plus an extra charge of 395 SEK including VAT for our costs. Special ordered products are charged the full value and onward shipping and return shipping.

Confidentiality when handling personal information
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By registering you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us. ArtGlassVista.com will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
