How will my order be sent?
When your order has been sent from our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number from the carrier and a calculated delivery day. The carrier will make two delivery attempts of your order before it's returned. If you have questions regarding the delivery or have not receive information regarding your order/delivery, please contact our customer service.

How long is the delivery time?
Normally we ship out all orders within 1-2 business days and delivery within 2-8 business days to most countries. For a better estimated delivery time please contact our customer service.
What fright alternatives do you have?
For Sweden we use DB Schenker, DHL or BudBee and deliver to your home or service points.
The carrier for the rest of the world is FedEx.
