For the Roman architect and philosopher, impulses from music were just as important as mathematics when creating architecture. Inspired by Vitruvius' interest in urban planning, Bertil has made the series' small glass buildings become like a kind of game pieces, which are free to move around at will. -Actually, I think it is my first interactive work, says the artist himself when he presents the very original work.
Vitruvius, 2023, is produced in a signed edition of 60 copies.
