Miyabi 5000 MCD Kiritsuke, 24cm is a chef's knife for the master chef. The somewhat unusual shaped blade easily cuts through everything from vegetables to fish and meat. The knife is from the unique series Birch 5000 MCD with a core of (refined SG2 steel) and covered with 100 layers of stainless steel in a beautiful floral damask design. The handle is made of Masur birch from Finnish Lapland and traditional Japanese D-shape. Made for him in Seki, Japan, and should not be washed in the dishwasher.
