73 layers of Damascus steel – power in every layer
The blades are forged from 73 layers of high-alloy Damascus steel surrounding our high-performance ST650 powder steel core. The combination provides:

Long-term edge stability
With a hardness of 63 HRC, the knives retain their sharpness significantly longer than conventional alternatives. The finely tuned grinding angle of 15° per side provides an aggressive but controlled cutting profile – while the knives are easy to maintain.
Handle in figured French olive wood
Each handle is made from carefully selected, figured French olive wood – a material known for its natural beauty and durability.
The living grain of the wood makes each knife unique, while the ergonomic shape provides a stable and comfortable grip even during long work sessions. Over time, the olive wood develops an even deeper patina – a knife that ages with dignity.
