ST650 powder steel – strength and character

The blade is constructed from 73 layers of high-carbon Damascus steel surrounding a core of ST650 powder steel – an advanced steel known for its extreme sharpness, durability and distinctive texture.

A specially adapted heat treatment highlights the steel's unique pattern while optimizing performance. The core steel has been tested to 820 in CATRA sharpening tests, confirming an impressive combination of sharpness and edge stability.

With a hardness of 62-63 HRC and cryo-hardening for extra durability, the knife delivers long-lasting performance even with intensive use. The 15° sharpening angle per side also makes it easy to maintain and restore to maximum sharpness.

French olive wood – natural elegance

The handle is made of carefully selected French olive wood, treated for optimal hardness and longevity. The wood's vibrant grain makes each knife unique, while the ergonomic shape provides a stable and comfortable grip.
