The blade is made of 3-layer high-carbon Damascus steel with a core of AUS-10 steel, a steel that is well known for its sharpness, wear resistance and good edge retention. With a hardness of 60 HRC, the knife combines long-lasting sharpness with the ability to easily restore the edge if necessary. The steel has also undergone a vacuum treatment that further improves durability. The edge's grinding angle of 15° per side provides very good sharpness and precision.

The handle is made of stabilized patterned walnut wood, which is vacuum-treated to increase hardness, stability and resistance to moisture. The result is an ergonomic and elegant handle that fits comfortably in the hand.
