The blade is made of 73 layers of high carbon San Mai Damascus steel with a core of St650 powder steel, which provides very high sharpness, long-lasting edge retention and excellent wear resistance. With a hardness of 63 HRC, the knife retains its sharpness for a long time while being able to be sharpened to maintain optimal performance.
The handle is made of patterned olive wood, a durable natural material with beautiful grain. The ergonomic handle provides a stable and comfortable grip, while giving each knife a unique look.
